I just picked up your card today from the bakery in Quesnel. I actually live in Prince George and was in your town today to hit up the farmers market. I browsed through your website and think what you are doing and offering is amazing and I wanted to thank you for your efforts!
I offer colon hydrotherapy services in Prince George and have worked with clients that are needing to pull away from grains. I offer the support I can but am grateful that I can now offer them your website and know that you can offer them some real life on the grounds kind of advice.

It’s My Birf-day!
What day can possible go wrong when it starts with coffee, fresh cut flowers, and gifties!!!! *squirms* I love birthdays. Not just mine but any! It's all about the celebration of STUFF. Each one an excuse for making great food, getting together with friends, and generally laughing and having a great time.
So what is on the menu for tonight? Darling Hubby is making me Gluten Free Chicken Cordon Blue. * squirms!* I can't wait. I am officially banned from the kitchen area and just get to eavesdrop on the sounds of him toiling away. Last night he was working on my cake. He has never baked a cake before…. I have faith. *GRINS*

Probiotics an answer?
I have to agree with Gluten Free Chops one point “Probiotics are not a cure for Celiac Disease, dairy allergies or the like. They simply make your gut a more hospitable place for natural digestion and bodily function.” Ultimately that is our goal. more
Honey Dijon…Bliss!

I’m addicted to all things honey-mustard. So imagine my glee when this week I discovered the most amazing Honey Dijon Vinaigrette! It’s made by Renée’s and they offer more than just this one! They are gluten AND dairy free…woohoo!

This particular bottle I picked up at Save-On Foods in Quesnel and it disappeared in less than a week. I’ve used it on absolutely everything: salads, marinades, stir frys, on crackers, as a dipping sauce…you name it, I’ve tried it! (I actually find that it tastes very similar to the honey-mustard dipping sauce at Denny’s.) I find

Sadly, I finished the bottle off tonight but I’m looking forward to trying some of the other flavors that Renée’s has to offer. I’d also like to know if you’ve spotted this in any other stores as Save-On is not my regular grocery-stop and I’d love to find this closer to me.
