Little Fish Grow into BIG?

Wheatfree Family has been a project that I have been so eager to see GrowUP. Like children, though, it requires consistency, love and regular attention! (Rules and discipline aren’t amiss either!) Well, I have not been a good ” parent” and yet it seems to have grown all on it’s own.

My spirit beamed this morning to log into my Admin section and find out that, not only are people reading, they are signing up! Not only do I have a twitter account ( oops.. forgot I set that up.) but people are following it. Holy Cow! Top it all off… PEOPLE ARE COMMENTING! It sounds like such silly things to get excited about but I feel like the child that has just come home from school yelling ” They like me!!!”. Perhaps we never grow out of that wonder and desire.

So if you wonder if “signing up” ever makes a difference to a blogger… let me tell you right now. IT DOES! Just as buying a piece of art from a painter, a CD from a budding musician, or a pie at the farmers market means something to the creator, so does “signing up” to a Blogger. It tells them that what they are saying is worth listening to, worth coming back for, and worth passing on.

Thank you to all those who are inspiring me just by listening.
“They Like me! They really like me!”
