Grain Free Italian Almond Cookies (Brutti Ma Buoni)
The cookie is similar to a macaroon, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, but not overtly sweet. Also of note, the recipe is very forgiving and can be doubled or even tripled. As written the recipe below will produce approximately 15 cookies.
Fast? Tasty? AND Grain free? What more can a girl ask for? ( aside from the ingredients already stocked magically in my cupboard!) Can’t wait to try these out.
