Raw Food 101:

Essential Facts and Benefits Workshop

Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 1pm-3pm

Location: 1010 Fourth Avenue, PG

The time has arrived for our second raw food series workshop!  It is my hope that we continue to build momentum and you learn more and more about food, yourself and your choices with each progressive workshop.

The second workshop is entitled Raw Food 101: Essential Facts and Benefits and will be held on Sunday, February 27 from 1pm – 3pm at 1010 Fourth Avenue in Prince George.  In this workshop we will explore the why and how of raw food and:

  • Discuss using food as medicine
  • Discuss eating to heal
  • Discuss raw food choices from simple to gourmet
  • Discuss the benefits of raw foods
  • Sample simple and gourmet raw foods
